The Polyjacking Process for Factories
Polyjacking uses a high-density polyurethane foam and is a relatively simple process.
- A small hole is drilled through the affected concrete.
- Polyurethane foam is injected into the voids beneath the concrete. As it expands, the concrete is raised and permanently stabilized.
- The holes are then filled and the site cleaned up.
- Polyurethane has a short hardening time so the concrete surface is ready for use in about 15 minutes.
Polyurethane is impervious to water so it prevents any future erosion problems. After our experts stabilize and lift your factory floor, it will be stable for years to come. There are many benefits to using polyjacking for your factory concrete repair.
Some of these include:
- Moisture resistant
- Minimum disruption
We use ground penetrating radar (GPR) to accurately locate the voids beneath the concrete. GPR is a fraction of the cost of the X-ray method and the GPR units are portable and provide an instant location.
Some of the other services we provide are concrete sealing, shot blasting, and concrete grinding.
